At Bow Creek Farm we remain committed to quality beef from cattle that have been selectively bred for hundreds of years in the US and the UK. Our products are the result of centuries of commitment, hard work, diligence and constant attentiveness to selective breeding by skilled ranchers. At Bow Creek, it’s all about the beef, and we have invested heavily in the Red Angus Breed to help us achieve our goal of producing the highest quality beef.

Like Black Angus, Red Angus are known for high marbling and tenderness traits; but are also known for their calm disposition, efficiency of weight gain and calving ease. Our focus on these low stress traits ensures our product is tender, flavorful and healthy. You will see evidence of this in the deep color & tenderness of our beef. Our beef quality always grades prime or choice by independent graders and is well-marbled.

Our pasture raised cattle are fed a nutritious blend of free choice hay, alfalfa, and our proprietary grain ration during the finishing phase to ensure a rich taste and the marbling you expect. We raise our animals according to proper Beef Quality Assurance protocols to ensure correct animal care, handling, and management practices. Be confident knowing our Red Angus were raised with the utmost respect and care – producing a superior beef product. Our beef is hand-cut at local USDA Inspected butchers where, according to our specifications, the entire carcass is dry aged for 21 days to naturally tenderize and enhance the flavor before being cut, frozen & vacuum packaged. When you place an order, your beef is carefully boxed & shipped from our farm to your front door!
