Like Black Angus, Red Angus are known for high marbling and tenderness traits; but are also known for their calm disposition, efficiency of weight gain and calving ease. Our focus on these low stress traits ensures our product is tender, flavorful and healthy. You will see evidence of this in the deep color & tenderness of our beef. Our beef quality always grades prime or choice by independent graders and is well-marbled.
